About Us
Osavul is a technology company building AI tools at the intersection of OSINT and machine learning. We give governments, security agencies, and businesses an early picture of threats so they can act ahead of hostile activity across cyber, hybrid, information, and physical domains.
We combine large-scale data collection from open and hard-to-reach sources with AI analysis to detect coordinated information operations, track how narratives spread, and warn of emerging threats — with enough lead time to act.
The company was founded in February 2022 in Kyiv, in response to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Co-founders Dmytro Plieshakov and Dmytro Bilash set out to protect Ukrainian society from Russian information operations — today, Osavul's technology is used by partners across the West.
